Ordering, Pricing, and Payment Information

Placing an online order constitutes a binding purchase contract. If you have any doubts or questions before ordering, please contact our staff for assistance. Prices listed on the website reflect our standard rates, with potential discounts available for bulk purchases made over the phone.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing UK rate. Payments are accepted online, over the phone, and at our showroom, processed under the name Proshelf, a division of Proshelf Direct Ltd. Full payment must be received before items are dispatched or collected.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 48 hours for weekend orders, with delivery typically completed within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified. During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

Cancellations, Returns, and General Policies

Damaged items must be reported upon receipt, with formal notification to Proshelf (Proshelf Direct Ltd) within 24 hours, or within 48 hours for weekend deliveries. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned within 7 days of notification; a 25% restocking fee may apply. Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

If an item listed on the website is out of stock, customers will be notified within 24 hours and provided with an estimated restock date.

Ownership of goods remains with Proshelf (Proshelf Direct Ltd) until full payment is cleared. All personal information provided is used solely for fulfilling the contract between buyer and seller and will not be shared with third parties, though Proshelf may use customer email addresses for internal promotions.

We do not store financial card data. All images and graphics are the property of Proshelf Direct Ltd, and permission has been obtained for any materials not owned by Proshelf Direct Ltd.
